Yes. All our watches include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the watch at no cost.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Yes. our jewelry is covered by our Lifetime Color Warranty.
If your jewelry tarnishes or loses its color under normal use, we will replace it.
The warranty does not cover:
- lost or stolen items
- intentional damage
- damage caused by third parties
To submit a claim, email hello@murrenwatches.com with your order number and photos.
We offer free shipping on all orders.
- US & Canada: 2–4 business days
- EU: 2–5 business days
- Rest of World: 3–6 business days
Please note: these timeframes refer only to shipping transit time. Processing and preparation of your order may take longer, especially during high-demand periods. The delivery timeframe begins once the order has left our warehouse.
For orders shipped within USA and Canada, no customs duties apply.
For international orders, duties and taxes may be charged by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes. You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- unworn
- in original condition
- in original packaging
