Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number as proof of purchase. For watches, the protective plastic must remain intact and the battery must not have been activated.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@murrenwatches.com . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for returned items until they are received at our warehouse. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Processing time
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for it to be processed. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Refunds
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved and processed.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Partial returns will be refunded proportionally based on the items returned.
